Heights Arts in Cleveland Heights hosts periodic events in its gallery called Art Bar, offering a chance to look at their current exhibitions, hear some music and socialize in an informal setting while enjoying curated cocktails.
This month the musical artist is the Jeremey Poparad Trio, formed by guitarist/bassist/composer Poparad. His musical range encompasses jazz, rock and musical theater, and gigs with the Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra, Cleveland Playhouse and Porthouse Theatre, as well as local soul rockers Bassel and the Supernaturals and gypsy jazz group Hot Club of Akron, among his many projects. His trio lineup includes two of northeast Ohio’s younger generation of jazz stars, percussionist Anthony Taddeo and bassist Aidan Plank.
