Greek Culture and Food Fill Four Days at Cleveland Heights Church Festival

Thu 7/25 @ 4-9PM

Fri 7/26 @ 4-11PM

Sat 7/27 @ noon-11PM

Sun 7/28 @ noon-8PM

The ethnic church festival is just getting into full swing, and that means it’s time for the big four-day Greek festival at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Cleveland Heights.

Naturally, food is the star and centerpiece as parishioners knock themselves out cooking and baking for the event.  If you love souvlaki, gyros, moussaka, pastitsio, baklava, and all the rest, you’ll be in heaven. Food will be served in tents oiutdoors as well as inside the church’s air-conditioned social hall. Beer, wine and spirits will be available at the “taverna.”

Of course, there’s more than just home-style food, although that’s plenty. Greek musicians and dancers will be performing throughout the event and tours of the ornate church will be offered.

Admission is free and a shuttle will run from free parking at Severance Town Center.
