The Summit Metro Parks are colonizing Tuesday evenings with a series of concerts in various parks and alongside lakes. It’s even got its own Metro Parks Ensemble to perform the pop standards and traditional tunes that cross generations.

It’s a pleasant and relaxing way to spend an evening — bring a blanket or chair and a picnic. This week come down the Lakehouse and Pheasant Run Area at Silver Creek Metro Park, 5171 S. Medina Line Rd., Norton.
