Yet another creative event is taking place at the Brownhoist, which is rapidly becoming a hub for eclectic arts events.
The Creative Arts Expo features a variety of Black creative endeavors from drumming to dance to poetry to fashion. Doors are at 8pm, with introductions at 8:35-8:45 followed by an African drum performance, a dance performance, a vendor spotlight, poetry, an open discussion on the topic “What is freedom?”, a fashion show, R&B and hip-hop performances and finally another drum performance to close the evening.
