The City Goods hangars in Ohio City’s Hingetown neighborhood have been working to increase their profile and draw more visitors to the many small artisan businesses there as well as its craft bar. They’ve been hosting markets and other pop-up events.
This week come on down for an Open Mic Experience with Poetry Unplugged. Artists of all types — poets, spoken word artists, singers, rappers, playwrights — whatever your talent is you’re welcome to come down and show it off. You’re also welcome to come down, grab a drink and have a listen — and of course check out the shops. Sip and Shop starts at 6pm; the mic opens at 7.
