Look out Taco Tuesday! Mushrooms have grown in popularity with chefs everywhere, and that includes Cleveland. In collaboration with Cleveland area chefs and The Mushroom Council, Cleveland Indpendents are launching Mushroom Monday.
Chef Daikel Holton, executive chef at Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern in Twinsburg, Ohio has found great success in adding mushrooms to his menu, including a Mushroom and Fontina Ravioli with Basil Pesto Cream that is included in the new Mushroom Monday recipe book published by Cleveland Independents.
