Most of the time the Grog Shop probably isn’t going to be the place you want to take your kids. But on Sunday afternoon, June 9, it’s all about them. Jesse Jukebox is a local musician who chose a different path than most. He writes and records kids’ songs and puts on interactive shows that he says are for “kids and grown-ups alike.” In reality, like virtually every other children’s act before him, that likely means “kids and parents steeped in kid stuff.” But his Grog Shop show is being billed as “all ages.” DJ Terkey Sandwich (oy!) backs him up by spinning tracks and sound effects and playing instrumental tracks.
