The Coit Road Farmers Market, which sits on the border of East Cleveland and Cleveland’s Glenville and South Collinwood neighborhoods, is more than the typical pop-up market. It has its own building so it runs year-round— and twice in the summer. It has a community kitchen and a farm/community garden right across the street. And it often hosts special events including cooking demonstrations and tastings, health screenings and more.
This weekend it’s trying something sort of new when it hosts its first Coit Market Art Show. It will feature handmade and designed items by local artists and artisans to shop while you pick up your fruit and veggies, homemade baked goods, locally sourced dairy products and more.
