We’re sure by now you must’ve wheeled that bike out of the basement or garage and gotten it in shape for the summer. And now it’s time to go riding!
Come on down to Canal Basin Park on Sunday May 19 for Cycle Canalway. From 10am to noon, you can get a free bike safety check, courtesy of the Ohio City Bike Co-op to make sure you got everything covered. Then at 10:30am and noon, you can take a short guided bike tour, about five to seven miles, to see how things roll, meet some fellow cyclists and check out the trails around Canal Basin Park to plan some future rides. Helmets are required.
Cycle Canalway will be offering free guided ride on third Sundays, June through September, so plan to come back!
