Sat 4/6-Sun 4/7 @ 10AM
If you really feel the need to get any more psyched up for the eclipse than you already are, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History has you covered. On Saturday Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, 2024, it will be hosting Solarfest, two days of family-oriented activities that are both educational and fun.
They include shows in the Shafran Planetarium four times a day, sun-, moon- and earth-themed activities in the classrooms, moon rock talks, crafts, dance performances and eclipse themed yoga flow for all ages in the courtyard at noon, weather permitting. And we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention that there will be keeper talks and animal encounters at the Perkins Wildlife Center; of course that’s not eclipse-related but why would you go to CMNH and not see the animals?
All activities are include with regular admission.
