Midnight Owl Brewing Company was opened in Shaker Heights by husband and wife Joel Warger and Rosemary Mudry in late October 2023 to provide a family-friendly gathering place. Warger got extensive brewing experience at Great Lakes Brewing. Company and Goldhorn Brewery before opening the first craft brewery in Shaker Heights, where he creates a range of beer types in his ten-barrel brewhouse. A menu of pub-style food, including house-made empanadas, is available to go with the drinks.
