Sun 3/3 @ 9-10PM
The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Cleveland in Shaker Heights presents a series of events on alternate Sundays called Forums That Matter where they bring in experts to discuss important topics that impact the community.
This week, they’ll be exploring “Why is it expensive to be poor?” Emily Campbell, president/CEO of the Center for Community Solutions, executive director of the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) Chris Knestrick will look at the cost of poverty, both to the poor themselves and the country as a whole, and explore what can be done to reduce it.
The forum is free and open to all. It will also be livestreamed here.
