This 240-seat theater is unrecognizable from its days as “The Barn” on Marshall Ave. The comparatively small carriage house is no more than a empty lot today, but the playhouse managed to weather the change (get it?) in both appearance and size. The Weathervane Playhouse now stands in Merriman Valley as an institution for live entertainment & theater education, subscribing to the founding philosophy, “All who can contribute are welcome.”
