Actor/comedian/writer/director/storyteller/“cultural maven” Zachariah Durr is a fan of all types of popular culture, especially things that are weird and wacky.
And that’s what you’ll see and experience if you go to Zachariah’s Winterland Cavalcade taking place at Wizbang Theatre in Cleveland Heights. He’ll be showing a bunch of vintage holiday short films, some from the earliest days of film, some ads from the 1990s, with maybe a bit of local Christmas history. Please, no — not more Mr. Jingeling! And he’ll undoubtedly be accompanying the whole thing with snide and snarky commentary.
Doors open at 8pm so you can prepare by getting beer or cocktail at Wizbang’s Spirit Room Cocktail bar. The program begins at 8:30pm. Get tickets here, the sooner the better because his Halloween program sold out.
