Cleveland Botanical Garden’s “Frost” is an All-New Holiday Experience

Sat 11/18-Sun 12/31

Every year, the Cleveland Botanical Garden mounts a special splashy holiday show that fills the building with colorful seasonal décor.

This year it’s presenting an all-new show called Frost, which it calls “an ice-capped garden experience.” It will include a series of theme rooms packed with holiday lights; plant displays with poinsettias, begonias, philodendrons, bromeliads and more; and animal-inspired creations featuring foxes, penguins and polar bears. Of course, there’ll be trees and wreaths — more than 40 — decorated by area garden clubs.

And one of the favorite displays from previous years returns — the gingerbread houses. More than100 will be on display as part of CBG’s 17th annual Gingerbread House Competition.

Frost will be open for viewing every day but Monday through Sunday December 31.
