British Invasion-Influenced Jack & the Optimists Debut New Album at the Beachland

Sat 12/23 @ 8:30PM

Jack McLaughlin is a poppy rock & roll singer/songwriter with nostalgia for the 60s: he claims the Beatles, the Small Faces, The Who and other 1960 British Invasion bands as his main influences.  The Cleveland musician, who calls his project Jack & the Optimists, put out his debut album Clementine last year. His second, called Shades of You, drops this week at a show at the Beachland Tavern.

He’ll be joined by a quartet with a similar musical mindset called the Vumms. Get tickets here.
