Rock Solid Benefit Raises Money to Grow Local Music Scene

The Rock Solid Fundraiser at the Treelawn Music Hall in the Waterloo Arts District is a benefit to raise money for the Cleveland Rocks: Past Present Future, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and growing the local music scene.

The evening will features food, drinks, guest speakers, raffles and a silent auction, but the best part is that it will showcase performances by musician who are part of its music incubator program: folk rockers Maura Rogers & the Bellows, jazz pop duo Wave Rowanne and one of the area’s fastest rising bands soul rockers Apostle Jones.

There’ll as be a 2 x 4 songwriter performance with four songwriters doing two songs apiece: Corry Michaels, Jenna Fournier, Claire Feorene and Thor Platter.
