Hear Cleveland Historical Horror Stories on a Downtown Walking Tour

Sat 10/14-Tue 10/31

Around this time of year everyone rolls out their scariest stories and the Tours of Cleveland organization is no different. Its Tales of Terror walking tour, offered October 14-31, will give you the creeps (it’s not recommended for young children).

The hour-and-a-half guided tour, which starts at Public Square, will share the locations and stories of horrific happenings from Cleveland’s past that killed more than 300 people: explosions, fires, serial killers, a streetcar that falls into the Cuyahoga River, the election of Mayor Dennis Kucinic…OK, that one didn’t have a body count so scratch that.

The tours take place Tuesdays-Saturdays @ 6pm, and Fridays and Saturdays @ 4pm, with an extra tour on Saturday @ 8pm to take full advantage of the scary impact of darkness.

Make your reservation here.
