Doubting Thomas Show of Works Traded By Artists Hosts Closing Reception

Sat 11/4 @ 6-9PM

For the last month Doubting Thomas Gallery in Tremont has hosted an intriguing show called Art of the Trade: Artists Collecting Artists. Curated by Cleveland photographer Laura D’Alessandro, one of the founders/directors of the Cleveland Photo Fest, it’s part of CPF’s ongoing programming.

D’Alessandro traded her own distinctive lenticular works with a group of more than two dozen area artists for pieces of their work, which are on display, along with additional pieces o their work (as well as hers) available for sale.

The show is closing Saturday with one final event that also features an audio-visual noise set by Nihil Omna at 8pm, a project of another CP co-founder Jim Szudy and his pal, Shawn Slowburn.

The event is free.
