Fri 8/18 @ 5-7:30PM
Now in its 10th season, Cleveland’s only professional children’s theater, Talespinner Children’s Theatre, recently announced its move to a new home at 78th Street Studios, just up the road from its original home on Detroit Avenue. There it will continue the interactive, multi-media productions and educational programming that were the longtime vision of the theater’s founder and now-retired artistic director Allison Garrigan.
This week it will open that new space to the public with a ribbon-cutting and open house, with refreshments, crafts and games, sponsored by our friends at Plexus LGBT & Allies Chamber of Commerce. Ribbon-cutting takes place approximately 5:30pm in Suite 214 on the building’s second floor. Then hang around to meet the staff and learn more about what’s coming up this season.
It’s free and open to all. Of COURSE bring the kids.
