BAYArts is celebrating its 75th year, but it’s no longer what it was back then or even 50 or 25 years ago: it’s grown by leaps and bounds into one of the region’s top arts destinations and educational organizations. It’s spread out over its campus in the Cleveland Metroparks Huntington Reservation right across from the lake and Huntington Beach where multiple old buildings have been restored to serve different purposes and provide locations for its many events and activities.
And its biggest fundraiser of the year is coming right up: Moondance 75, which features grazing buffets by Café Melissa and Chatty’s Pizzeria, and open bar provided by Euro Fine Wine, Greats Lakes Beers and non-alcoholic drinks from Kerwell Premium CBD House. And there’s live music by Hayden Grove and the red-hot Apostle Jones, playing their second gig of the DAY. All of this takes place on that beautiful campus, indoors and out (weather permitting.)
