Made in Ohio Craft Fair Spotlights In-State Talent at Hale Farm

Fri 9/1-Sun 9/3 @ 10AM-5PM

Each year, the Made in Ohio Craft Festival, taking place at Hale Farm & Village in Bath, spotlights contemporary practitioners of the type of crafts Hale spotlights in its recreation of 19th-century Ohio pioneer life.

Artisans from all over Ohio will be offering their products for sale: jewelers, potters, carvers, quilters, soap makers and more. Some will be using time-tested processes, while others use modern techniques, but all will be bringing handmade products.

The weekend-long event also features local food vendors, wines and beers. Musicians, magicians and storytellers will be performing to entertain those family members less interested in shopping. The Akron Symphonic Winds will be playing on Sunday @ 1pm. And all of the buildings on the grounds will be open with the usual period craft demonstrations.

Events are free with regular admission.
