Jim & Eroc Duo Featuring Two Cleveland Music Veterans Plays Lunch Concert at Public Square

Wed 9/6 @ 11:30AM-1:30PM

Vocalist/guitarist Jim Tigue and vocalist/bassist/guitarist Eric “Eroc” Sosinski have been around the Cleveland music scene since the mid 80s, and there’s very few musical formats and styles they haven’t worked in.

They’re well known for their long-running and successful Pink Floyd tribute band Wish You Were Here, which sells out a variety of well-designed show featuring special effects, both visual and musical. They’ve also had a Grateful Dead tribute act called Sugar Magnolia, a Neil Young tribute called Harvest, and a band called Tie Dye Harvest featuring some of their originals drawing on their influences. They’ve played with local bluesman Colin Dussault in his acoustic side project, and Sosinski was a long-time member of Michael Stanley’s Resonators.

This very busy twosome also fills in the blanks in their performance schedule with the Jim & Eroc duo which draws on all of that — a massive repertoire — to fill their sets. Rock of all types, country, blues, Americana, folk, reggae, R&B — any of that could turn up on their set list.

Catch them for free downtown on Public Square as a part of the summer-long Square Sounds lunchtime concert series. It takes place in the splash pad area. Grab some lunch from one of the surrounding eateries  and come hear some music from two of the area’s top professional musicians.
