For years, Loganberry Books on Larchmere Boulevard hosted its Author Alley event as a great big gathering of Ohio authors of all types on a single day. Following the pandemic shutdown, it split the event into several successive Saturdays, each featuring writers in a particular genre.
Now for the first time, it’s spreading the event across the entire summer, with separate days for children’s and illustrated books (September 9), fiction (August 12), nonfiction and poetry (July 8) and this week, books by authors of color. Authors who will be on hand to greet readers and sign books include Cliff Anthony,
Emilia Rosa, Zariah Banks, Jowan Smith, Brittany Eaton, Erica Glover, JD Belcher, Elana Pitts, Angela Newman, Ava Reiss, Dominique Krystal Dawn, Alex P. Michaels, and Breshea Anglen, as well as other to be named.
The event is free and open to all. Of COURSE Loganberry will have their books available.
