In case you hadn’t noticed, June is the month of the roses, with bushes exploding in blossoms of all colors all over town.
So it’s the ideal season for the Cleveland Rose Society’s 92nd annual Rose Show, taking place at the Cleveland Botanical Garden’s Corning Visitor Center. There you can admire the array of flowering plants lovingly raised by the society’s members, which will be judged according to arcane standards of the American Rose Society which you don’t have to understand to appreciate their beauty.
It will be open Friday June 16 @ noon-5pm, Saturday June 17 @ 10am-5pm, Friday, June 16th, Noon – 5 p.m. and Sunday June 18 @ noon-4pm. It’s free with regular admission.
