Wolf Pack Chorus

Little Italy’s Club Isabella closed at the onset of the pandemic and never reopened, leaving the space overlooking University Circle empty of more than three years.

That changed three years later when the husband-and-wife team of Chris and Katie Wolf opened Wolf Park Chorus with Chris as head chef. The restaurant is dedicated to what they call “approachable upscale dining,” which seems to mean hitting a sweet spot between a special occasion place and a space for more regular get-togethers with friends.

It offers a menu that draws its flavors from all over the world, with soups, salads, small plates and full-sized entrees ranging from a gussied-up dinner burger with tomato jam, bacon, mushroom demi glace, and gruyere and cheddar cheeses, and a duck confit and steak frites. Its sides are fancy too — beans, carrots and fries are anything but plain, while the latkes come with a cheddar horseradish spread, caviar and chives.

Wolf Pack Chorus is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Saturday, and Sunday brunch. It also does a Monday Industry Brunch from 11am to 3pm that offers those who work in the service industry the change to be waited on — and others are welcome too.  Take out is available as well.
