Last year Cleveland Burlesque presented a show at which performers did their thing to music by a live rock band. It was a hit so they presented a second edition of Whole Lotta Love burlesque, bringing back row & roll band the Beams. While the band cranked out old and new favorites such as “Rhiannon,”
“Piece of My Heart,” “You Shook Me,” “Royals,” and “Just a Girl, seven of the area’s best burlesque artists showed off their costumes and their moves. Performers include Heather & Lace, Miss Holly Grail, Ruby Rabbit, Diva Diamond, MJ Chimaly, Hilde Hashenbunny and Cleveland Burlesque founder/producer Bella Sin. The Beams got their chance to shine, regaling the audience with tunes such as “White Rabbit,” “Somebody to Love,” “Paint It Black” and “Jolene.”
