The third annual Cleveland Photo Fest closed with a special event that combined fashion and photography. Fashion photographer, model agent and editor of quarter magazine Haute Ohio Jackie Bertolette conceived a series of paper outfits created from photos, including the panels of mini-photos from CPF’s One Million Photos project. She was assisted by local designer Jacci Hammer, whose poodle Sissy modeled in the show and stole the spotlight. There were also a red carpet photo op, copious refreshments and music by Cleveland band the Prom Queens
