“Noon Year’s Eve” celebrations have become a thing for families to celebrate when the kids are too young to stay awake until midnight. They’ve been held at various organizations and institutions around town, but this year’s takes place at Tower City.

Get down on time because it starts with a balloon drop at noon. After that, there’ll be music, dancing, character meet-and-greets, balloon artists and yes, face painting. It takes place on Level 1 of Skywalk Park. And it’s free.
