Once again, Near West Theatre in Gordon Square has joined with the West Clinton Block Club for the West Clinton Historic Haunts Walking Tour where they try to convince you that this lovely, busy neighborhood is really, really scarrrrrry.
For one weekend, tours will be leaving Near West Theatre every half hour to take a walk past local businesses and home, where, on porches and lawns and inside businesses, both staged and improvised interactive storytelling scenes will reenact scenes from early 20th century Cleveland, sharing stories about events and people who may have lived in the city, some of them mysterious and spooky. The 60-minute, mile-long lantern-lit tour is not only family-friendly but those under 15 are free. Adults are $10. Reserve your tickets here.
