There are few more beautiful times of year than now to take a walk at the Lakefront Nature Preserve off MLK drive and Lakeshore. The trees are bursting with color but the lake is still blue and warm, attracting late-season boaters. And because the dense summer foliage is dying off, the chances of spotting the resident deer are much greater.
