Take a Self-Guided Fall Wildflower Walk at Summit County’s Liberty Park

Mon 9/19-Sun 10/2

The changes of season are often best appreciated by taking a walk. And Summit County Metroparks is offering a self-guided Fall Wildflower Walk at its Liberty ParK Twinsburg Ledges Area.

Hike its Coyote Run trail anytime through Sunday October 2 to see what’s still in bloom in September and observe the pollinators these plants support, including the endangered monarch butterfly. The trail will feature interpretative signs to help you identify the plats you see and learn more about the roles they play in the ecosystem. Start at the trailhead between the shelter and the nature center. Go whenever you like; it’s free.
