Fresh Fest at Rid-All Farm is now in its third year, showcasing healthy eating and living for an urban crowd, including free vegetables and cooking demonstrations. But there’s a lot more going on: vendors and food trucks, holistic practitioners, yoga, a ton of equipment and toys for kids to play, and lots of terrific music mostly by local artists.
