Goma by Dante, yet another project from busy chef Dante Boccuzzi, opened on East 4th Street in the summer of 2021 in the former Chinato space.
The space was given a complete overhaul, opening it up both inside and to the street. The menu features the type of sushi Boccuzzi serves up at his Tremont spot, GINKO, as well as other menu selections with an Asian flavor including tempura, ramen, shabu shabu wok-fried dishes, miso and edamame soups, and a Japanese mushroom salad— and even, surprisingly desserts such as a black sesame ice cream sandwich and a tempura brownie. There’s an extensive sake menu to go along with the food.
