Pagan Pride Festival Is back in Bedford for Three Days

Fri 8/19 @ 6-10PM

Sat 8/20 @ noon-10PM

Sun 8/21 @ noon-7:30PM

Once again, Pagan Pride returns to the downtown square in Bedford, attracting self-identified witches, nature worshippers, psychics, artists and hippies, among others — anyone whose path includes respecting the Earth and all those who live on it.

The theme is appropriately, “A New Beginning,” something we’re all looking at the days.  It kicks off Friday evening with a drum circle led by Primal Rhythm, then offers three days of music, food, vendors, readers and workshops focused on alternative spiritualities. Among the performers are Australian singer now living in New Mexico Wendy Rule, Brinjal Band, Ishtar, Ginger Ackley, Primal Rhythm Drum Circle, and Frenchy and the Punk. Rule will lead the closing ceremony at 7pm Sunday evening.

It’s free although they’re asking people to bring two non-perishable food items to be donated to South East Clergy food bank.
