Kaiser Gallery, which also features a cocktail bar, has become quite a Tremont social hub on the corner of Professor and Jefferson, hosting not only art openings and artist talks, but events of all kinds.
For instance, this Saturday, it’s opening its doors for a Rockabilly Ice Cream Social. They’ll be offering 50s-style beer or soda floats, along with live art performances and a playlist of classic rockabilly/garage/surf-style tunes. There’ll also be a costume contest for the person who flaunts the best rockabilly-style attire, so come dressed to impress.
Cover is $5, in advance or at the door.
