Welcome back Talespinner Children’s Theatre, like so many small performing groups missing in action for the last two years. The professional children’s theater, located in Detroit-Shoreway, officially reopens with a “School’s Out Open House” on Saturday June 11.
Kids and their adults are invited to drop by for crafts both inside and outside the Reinberger Auditorium, and meet the New Operations and Production Manager, who will be showing off the new lobby. Cast members will be on hand to meet and greet visitors, who can also see the puppets that will be part of Talespinners’ first live post-pandemic show, The King of the Animals, which opens June 17.
