Holden Arboretum has something new this summer: a nature-based maze called Mission Botanica that features the Arborteum’s own plants and trees.
Family-friendly and bilingual, the maze will teach visitors about the importance of biodiversity and the role of different plants in the ecosystem even while you’re having fun. The maze includes question-and-answer challenges that direct visitors to different paths through the maze to explore the different qualities of plants and the animal life interdependent on them. Holden hopes the maze will leave people with the determination to support biodiversity in their own actions.
It’s included with regular admission.
