Here they learn all aspects of preparing meat for market, which shoppers benefit from their efforts with a full-service outlet featuring high-quality products, available raw or prepared, in charcuterie or sausage form. Much of what the offer is sourced locally.
In addition, its deli counter offers more than a dozen sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, soups, prepared foods, and the fixin’s: corn bread, mac & cheese, greens, fried green tomatoes, baked beans, coleslaw and more. Pick up a whole dinner to take home.
