Leavened Bakery

Ian Herrington opened Leavened Bakery in Tremont in late 2020, providing European-style handcrafted breads and pastries made from scratch every day. Breads include baguettes and sourdough as well as more exotic selections such as kalamatta olive fougasse, made with 100% organic flour. Those with a sweet tooth can choose a croissant, cinnamon bun, scone or cookie bar. Coffee drinks and other beverages are also available along with a changing menu of sandwiches available at 11am. They open at 6:30am Tuesday-Friday, 8am weekends, and are open until 6pm every day but Sunday when they close at 2.
