Brooklyn-based Goth-folk cabaret act Charming Disaster features a pair of singer/songwriters Ellia Bisker and Jeff Morris, who draw on dark-hued sources to inform their musical narratives of crime, death, love and the supernatural while accompanying themselves for ukulele, guitar and foot percussion. Swirling around in their musical mix are murder ballads, the occult, the stories of Raymond Chandler, the work of Edward Gorey and the films of Tim Burton.
They’ll be the guests of Cleveland’s Wizbang Theatre for a performance of their Musical Tarot Show. This interactive performance performance includes a set list decided by drawing cards form a Tarot deck and a group for the audience, assuring that this show is never the same twice.
