If you and the kids are looking for some place to go the day before Halloween to extend the celebration and get more use out of those costumes, head downtown to Tower City Center’s Skylight Concourse, for a celebration.

There’ll be trick or treating, a pumpkin-decorating station, a trick-or-treat tote decorating station and appearances by costumed character for fun photo ops.

It’s free; masks are required. Your costume should be family-friendly.
