Screw Factory Artists Hold Fall Art Show & Open Studio

Fri 10/8-Sat 10/9

The Lake Erie Building in Lakewood, aka the Screw Factory, still has manufacturing businesses on its first floor. But its second and third floor corridors are lined with studios of artists and craftspeople, yoga and dance facilities, small shops, and other creative businesses.

Several times a year, the Screw Factory artists host art & craft shows/open studios when people can drop in to visit and shop. And their fall event is this weekend! Some two dozen resident artists will have their doors open to show their painting, jewelry, ceramics, prints, perfumes and more. Several resident artists will also be hosting guest artists and there’ll be still more outside artists and craftspeople set up in the large Templar Room event space. They’ll be bringing fine arts such as ink drawing, photography and watercolors, vintage clothing, candles, metalwork, T-shirts, coffee, homemade CBD goods, handmade bags and even Ukrainian Pysanky (decorated eggs). Get some holiday shopping done early!

The event is free and open to the public. Masks are requested!
