The Rock Hall induction ceremony returns to Cleveland on Saturday October 30, when it will be held at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.
One of this year’s inductees is ’80s all-woman pop/rock group The Go Go’s (“Our Lips Are Sealed,” “We Got the Beat,” “Vacation”), who will be dropping by the Rock Hall a day early for a special event.
They’ll be appearing on the Rock Hall’s outside stage, where the group’s five members from its classic lineup — vocalist Belinda Carlisle, drummer Gina Schock, bassist Kathy Valentine, guitarist Jane Wiedlin and guitarist/keyboard player Charlotte Caffey — will be interviewed by the Rock Hall’s director of education Mandy Smith and SiriusXM host Lori Majewski. That’ll be followed with a book-signing event. That starts at noon. It will be cancelled if the weather is bad.
Then at 3pm, the Rock Hall will unveil the 2021 Inductee Signature Panel, with guests from this year’s inductee class. Both events are free but you must reserve a ticket. Go here. Masks are required inside the building and at the book signing.
