Despite heat and high humidityWhiskey Island Still was packed with revelers extending the long weekend on the day after July 4. They brought their kids and their dogs and made a day of it. Virtually all of Cleveland’s reggae luminaries hit the stage at some point, playing either with Outlaws I & I or headliners Carlos Jones &the P.L.U.S. Band. Dancers go sweaty but no one seemed to mind.
