The Cleveland Photo Fest’s second edition will close with a big bang —and a lot of lights. For the last two months, a couple of hundred photos have been on display at the Bostwick Design Art Initiative on Prospect in five ongoing exhibits and three rotating exhibits.
Saturday is the last chance to see the shows as well as help fund edition three next year, at the fundraiser closing event, a laser light exhibition and performance by Slain Nemo. Nemo, who’s been working with creative lighting systems for four decades, will fill the gallery with a spectacular display that will surround the audience on all sides with 90 lasers, 30 miniature lasers, 50 GOBOS and a whole bunch of laser precision systems. They’ll be accompanied by 1,500 safe-for-all-ages images and his own original soundtrack.
It’s $10 cash only at the door, and entertaining for the entire family.
