Maker Town Markets Go Live in Hingetown

Sun 5/30 @ 11AM-4PM

One of the first summer outdoor markets to take place is a new one — the Maker Town Markets, a project of the Maker Town app created last year by artist Susie Frazier to connect local artists and artisans with shoppers.

The Maker Town pop-up markets continue that mission only now in person — yay! Each market will showcase a manageable selection of area creators — nothing overwhelming — in the Saucy Brew Works Vibe Garden in Hingetown. Artists at the opening market will be offering items such as jewelry (of course), macramé hangings, pottery, greeting cards and prints featuring Cleveland landmarks and much more. The markets will take place every Sunday through late September with different vendors each week. So that’s a good reason to stop back often, enjoy a drink and some food from Saucy Brew at one of the picnic tables in the garden, and pick up some gifts from friends — and yourself. Admission is free and dogs are welcome!
