Slowly things are coming back to live and one of these first things coming back is art galleries. While the elbow-to-elbow opening receptions we used to enjoy may be a thing of the past, at least for the time being, less crowded art walks are feasible, as the April Walk All Over Waterloo showed. At least a dozen galleries and other spaces on the street were open, including several new ones: Bellamy Printz’s Deep Dive Art Projects, Bill Busta’s new mini-gallery, the latest Maria Neil Art Project space, and the studio of artist Leslye Discont Arian.

I can’t wait to visit Waterloo once again and visit these great new places. I’m so glad that John and Adam have once again graced Waterloo with their Maria Neil Art Project Space. It’s just not the same without their shingle hanging in that quaint art community that we’ve all come to know and love so well!
