KINK Contemporary, a gallery located in the 78th Street Studios building, is opening a new group show titled In Conversation: Voices of the Queer Community during this month’s Third Friday.
The five featured artists — Max Markwald and Maggie Duff of Akron, Cleveland’s Micah Sattin, Detroit’s Brian Kovach and New Orleans artist Colton Clifford — all identify as LGBTQ+, representing different aspects of that community and using their artwork to explore their identities: through painting, sculpture, photographer and mixed-media works
