So turn off your phone and head to Summit Metro Parks Goodyear Heights Metro Park Pioneer Area where you can take a self-guided Mindfulness Hike along the Piney Woods Trail. Along the way, there will be guidelines to several techniques that can help you in your mindfulness practice. The program will be available through February 28.
